All the information from <tr> to </tr> can be repeated as many times as necessary within the <tbody> tag. There's a border around the userpic to create space between it and the text, and it's set to the background color of DW's default pages (off-grey). Using it on other layouts may cause this color to show up, so feel free to change it.
